Congratulations to Hung Huyn for his victory in this years Top Chef showdown. Hung who beat out Casey and Dale with his Asian style cuisine. Bravo did a good job building up to the decision. Personally I think Hung played it safe the entire competition. I really didn’t have a favorite this year. The contestants were fairly well rounded.
I think Bravo did a better job with the casting this year. Better chefs and more variety in the show. I can’t wait for season 4.
Side Note – I wonder if head judge Tom Colicchio will remain head chef. His New York restaurant “Craft” just lost it’s Michelin star. Perhaps he is spending too much time on the TV set and not enough time managing his restaurants.
