From the land of stupid criminals this one has to be high on the list. Texas police arrested a 21-year-old man who tried to cash a check for $360 billion. Yes Billion!
The arrestee Charles Fuller allegedly stole a blank check from his girlfriends mother. The bank teller who Fuller presented the check to called the signing party to verify that it was indeed fraudulent.
Making the situation worse Fuller had some marijuana and a gun on his possession when he was arrested.
What an idiot… Maybe he should try a smaller check next time. Perhaps a few million.
