It’s been a long time since I have seen a musical instrument that could revolutionize the world of music. Sure, synthesizers and mixers have been around for a while, but this is crazy cool.
The Eigenharp is an electronic instrument that has an infinite range of sound. Folks, this is no Keytar. Check out the G4 video below to see the Eigenharp in action.
Eigenharp ‘Alpha’ – Available in a variety of finishes, it has 120 highly sensitive keys, 12 percussion keys, 2 strip controllers, a breath pipe and numerous pedal inputs. This gives almost endless possibilities for flexible keyboard layouts, fast instrument switching and expressive musical control. The comprehensive software system provides a wealth of musical performance features, including playback of its own native instruments, many common software plugins, soundfonts or midi instruments.
Amazing- A bit pricy however. The ‘Alpha’ starts around 5k!
