Kat Von D is back on the tube and back on the tattoo seen with her new shop “High Voltage Tattoo” in Los Angeles.
I’ve watched the first three shows of L.A. Ink. I can’t say I’m really impressed. Personally I’m so sick of hearing L.A. this L.A. that – blah, blah, blah.
It’s cool to see a mostly female ink shop. I bet the shop will make a killing. I’m sure Kat’s friends and customers will follow her wherever she goes.
There is no question that Kat has mad skills with it comes to an ink gun. I think its going to her head though. Kat is young and she can only get better with time as long as her ego does not get in the way.
I guess TLC will have another winner on their hands with this show. I’m curious whether Miami Ink or L.A. Ink will have higher ratings. Personally I prefer Miami Ink. Being an East Coaster myself, L.A. Ink is too much of a freak-show for me. One day I hope to venture down to Miami and get a Garver.
