Please STOP remaking movies… Can’t anyone come up with something new? The Michael Bay production company has announced that they will be remaking “A Nightmare on Elm Street”. Better yet- they have cast Billy Bob Thornton to play the part of Freddy Krueger! Are you kidding me? OMG, LOL, WTF…
Why would you even try to bring Elm Street back to the big screen. There is only one Krueger and that is Robert England… No way, no how could anyone fill the part of Freddy better than England.
Killing me- simply killing me! Come on writers, get off your lazy behinds and write something new. It’s bad enough you have been making every possible classic comic book into crappy movies. I won’t even go into the Godzilla fiascos.
Leave the classics alone. They are cult favorites for a reason. They were and are perfect in every possible way. Elm Street is just one of many classics that are slated to be crapped on by Hollywood. Did you know that they are working a Hawaii Five-O and Witches of Eastwick television makeover. And yes they are also making another Robo Cop movie.
I’m going to go puke in my popcorn now…
